Deliver food from the Kitchen to guests in the dining room and bar area. Maintain cleanliness in the Kitchen, specifically the expo station. Clean and restock condiments and kitchen supplies.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, stock, and restock condiments for service.
• Restock and replenishment of kitchen inventory and supplies.
• Stock any necessary utensils for expeditor (i.e. spoons, under liners, etc.)
• Remove used plates, dishes, utensils from kitchen area.
• Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen.
• Take soiled kitchenware and supplies to dishwasher and unload, sort and stack in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area.
• Maintain clean kitchen common areas by sweeping and mopping.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server and bartender as needed.
• Communicate with server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
• Assist busser and server as needed, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Thank guests as they are leaving
• Assist dishwasher in removal of trash and recycling.
• Assist in nightly breakdown and cleaning in all areas of the kitchen.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
